Do I need to be flexible?

You don’t need to be flexible to do yoga – you’ll get more flexible over time when you practice. Start where you are & you’ll feel better with just 2-3 short practices a week!

Classes in the library range from 8-75 minutes, but most classes are 30 minutes or less. The studio is here to make it easy to squeeze practice into your busy life, without needing more hours in the day.

Yes! Yoga is the perfect complement to your other activities. 2-3 short practices a week will help you feel less stiff, recover faster, and improve your performance in the activities you already love.

Yes! Yoga offers the same benefits whether you are guided in-person or online. It’s the practice itself that leads to the benefits you achieve. I personally use both online and local classes in my weekly schedule, which allows me to be more consistent and make the most progress in my practice. 

Yes! You have full control of your membership and you can cancel anytime. You will even get a reminder 2 days before your membership renews, so there are no surprises. Once  you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period you paid for and then will not renew.
