I'm not sure if I'll practice enough?

Although the goal of the studio is to make it EASY to fit yoga into your busy schedule. let’s look at the value:

  • One (1) drop-in yoga class? Usually $25+
  • A monthly studio membership? $99 or more
  • Outflow Studio online membership? $14.99 a month! (even cheaper if you choose annual!)

That is $3.75 a week for all the yoga classes you want!

So if you take 1 class a month, you’re still saving money. But I hope once you get started, you’ll be inspired to add 1 class a week to your routine.

Yes. Classes are designed to reduce stiffness, improve recovery, and support the activities you already love.

 

You don’t need any equipment, you can use what you already have around the house. But it may be nice to have yoga basics as you get going: yoga mat, blocks, strap, and blanket. 

Nope, you’ll get access to a library of classes that you can start any time you are ready. Take a class before work, on your lunch break, or even a 10 minute break in the middle of your day. This is yoga on your terms: anytime, anywhere.

You don’t need any more space than to roll out your yoga mat. I personally practice (and film) in the front entry of our townhouse – between the front door, stairway, and living room. It’s not a lot of space, but it works well!

Ideally, look for a hard surface (tile or hardwood floor works great) and maybe a wall nearby. You can read more tips for setting up your home practice in this blog post.

Yes! Yoga offers the same benefits whether you are guided in-person or online. It’s the practice itself that leads to the benefits you achieve. I personally use both online and local classes in my weekly schedule, which allows me to be more consistent and make the most progress in my practice. 

Yes! You have full control of your membership and you can cancel anytime. You will even get a reminder 2 days before your membership renews, so there are no surprises. Once  you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period you paid for and then will not renew.
