The Stronger Than Ever Summit is a multi-day virtual event designed for active women over 35 (runners, riders, lifters) who want to feel stronger, move better, and stay active for decades to come.
On this page, you’ll find everything you need to make your experience as a speaker simple, smooth, and enjoyable. If you have any questions along the way, please reach out at hi@theheatherblackmon.com.
As a speaker, you’ll also receive free access to the All-Access Pass!
How it works
The Stronger Than Ever Summit will feature pre-recorded presentations that are 15–20 minutes long, with up to a 3-minute freebie pitch at the end.
These presentations are designed to be:
Friendly and engaging
Action-packed and valuable
Easy to follow and implement
This is not meant to feel like a webinar. The goal is for attendees to walk away with real, actionable insights they can use right away—while enjoying the experience.
There will be no required live component, so you can focus on creating a great presentation without needing to be present during the event.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have a promotion period beginning May 27, 2026. You’ll receive swipe copy, graphics, and a suggested schedule to make sharing simple and effective.
During the promotion period and while the summit is live, we’ll also be promoting the All-Access Pass, which includes:
Lifetime access to all presentations
Additional resources and bonuses
This gives attendees even more value while creating an opportunity for you to earn affiliate commissions and grow your email list.
What I'll ask of you
1. Basic Information
Once you confirm you’re in, you’ll receive a form to submit your:
- Bio
- Headshot
- Presentation title and description
- Freebie details
This allows us to feature you on the registration and speaker pages.
2. Presentation
Your presentation will be:
- 15–20 minutes long
- Pre-recorded
- Designed to be engaging and actionable
You’re welcome to choose the format that works best for you:
- Slides
- Talking directly to the camera
- A mix of both
Suggested structure:
- Quick introduction
- Overview of your topic
- Common mistakes or challenges
- Teaching section
- Clear, actionable steps
- Up to a 3-minute freebie pitch
Important:
Please focus on delivering value without holding back key information. We want attendees to feel empowered—not like they’re missing something.
Presentation Due Date: May 20
3. All-Access Pass Contribution
To enhance the value of the All-Access Pass, you’re invited to contribute a resource valued at $47 or more (no credit card required to redeem). This could be something like:
- Templates
- Workbooks
- Trainings or mini-courses
- eBooks
- Membership access
This is optional but highly encouraged.
Benefits of contributing:
- Increased affiliate commission (50% instead of 40%)
- Additional email list growth as attendees claim your resource

4. Promotion
The power of this summit comes from collaboration, and your participation in promotion helps ensure success for everyone involved.
Promotion begins: May 27, 2026
Minimum requirements:
- 2 emails (1 dedicated + 1 PS mention)
- 1 social media post
You’ll receive:
- Email swipe copy
- Social media captions
- Graphics
Be sure to use your affiliate link to earn commission on any All-Access Pass sales you generate. Submit proof of your promotion here – either all at once or one at a time.
5. Live Participation
No live participation is required, but you’re welcome to join the Facebook group and interact with participants during the summit. This is a fun way to bring attention to your session and build relationships.
Affiliate Details
You’ll earn commission on any All-Access Pass sales made through your unique affiliate link.
Commission Structure:
- 40% for all speakers
- 50% for speakers who contribute a bonus
Pricing Structure:
- $47 for the first 30 minutes after registration
- $67 starting May 20
- $97 starting June 10
Cart Closes: June 16
Affiliate Payouts: June 18
As always, please disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting. And make sure you use your unique affiliate link whenever sharing about the summit.
