I’m Heather, a yoga teacher & lifelong active human who helps other active people move better & feel less stiff with yoga.

With over 15 years experience coaching movement, including running, triathlon, personal training, strength training, mountain biking & snowboarding, my approach to yoga is a little different than most. I want to make it easy to fit yoga into your routine to support your other activities, so you can stay flexible, injury-free, and active for decades to fun.

I believe yoga should help you feel better in your body, not just be another item on your to-do list. My goal is to help you create a yoga practice that you enjoy, so you can get consistent, feel better, and keep doing the activities you love!
