With over 15 years of experience across dance, endurance sports, strength training, and movement coaching, I teach yoga that is practical, effective, and supportive of real life.
I believe yoga should help you feel better in your body, not add another thing to your to do list. My goal is to help you stay consistent, feel confident, and keep doing the activities you love.
