You’re Active. You Want to Stay That Way.
You train because you care about how you feel.
You want strength. Mobility. Control.
You want to keep running, lifting, riding, hiking, skiing for decades.
But if you train hard & still feel stiff, tight, or restricted, something is missing.
That’s where yoga fits in.
I teach yoga for runners, lifters, riders, & active adults who want structure, not random classes. Yoga that supports your training instead of competing with it.
This is yoga for strength & mobility.
Yoga designed for active bodies.
Why My Approach is Different
Most yoga focuses on flexibility alone.
Most training focuses on strength & output.
I bridge the two.
Inside my work, you build:
• Strength & Stability so your training feels stronger, not tighter
• Mobility & Flexibility so you move with range, not restriction
• Breathwork & Focus so you recover faster & train longer
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about training smarter.
Start With Structure
If you want a clear plan instead of guessing what to practice, that’s exactly why I built Outflow Studio.
Outflow Studio is a structured online yoga studio for active adults.
You follow a progressive plan.
You practice 2–3 times per week.
You build mobility & strength over time.
No overwhelm.
No randomness.
Just steady progress.

How I Found Yoga
Movement has always been part of my life.
I began as a dancer, training with precision & discipline. Later I moved into running & triathlon, eventually coaching endurance athletes while working in strength training & nutrition.
For years, yoga was something I resisted.
I didn’t think I needed it.
But when I committed to a consistent practice, everything changed.
My strength improved.
My balance improved.
My recovery improved.
I saw how yoga complemented strength training, endurance sports, mountain biking, & snowboarding. Not as a replacement, but as a foundation.
That’s when I realized yoga wasn’t something extra.
It was what made everything else sustainable.
What I’ve Seen After 15+ Years of Coaching
When active adults practice consistently, here’s what changes:
• Less stiffness & fewer nagging aches
• Better balance & control on trails, roads, & snow
• Stronger lifts & smoother transitions
• More confidence on & off the mat
You don’t need to practice every day.
You need consistency.
That’s why I focus on 2–3 sessions per week, built around a structured plan.
What Are Your Goals?
If you want:
• Greater strength
• Improved flexibility
• Better recovery
• A calmer, more focused mind
You don’t need more random workouts.
You need structured yoga that supports your training.
Inside Outflow Studio, you get unlimited access to progressive practice plans, short focused classes, & skill pathways from foundations to inversions.
Practice on your schedule.
Follow the progression.
Feel the difference.
